Asphalt Constructors, Inc has always been and will remain committed to the DBE construction community. Involvement with minority firms dates back to our first two public agency contracts performed in 1988 in conjunction with a minority firm.

Our participation continues through various avenues such as:

• Defining specific portion of work to encourage DBE participation
• Advertisement soliciting DBE subcontractors on specific contracts              
• Subcontracting portions of work to qualified DBE firms
• Advising DBE firms of industry contacts to assist in obtaining necessary bonding, insurance, or equipment and personnel resources when applicable.
